Construction Scheduler

Job Description Job Description We're seeking a detail-oriented Construction Scheduler to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules for a variety of construction projects - from preconstruction through closeout - using Oracle Primavera Cloud . The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of project sequencing, resource allocation, and labor forecasting in a fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Oracle Primavera Cloud . Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to gather progress updates. Analyze schedule performance, critical paths, and forecast potential delays. Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports and dashboards. Integrate labor and resource management into overall project scheduling. Support project planning meetings and provide scheduling insight to leadership teams. Ensure that all schedule changes are properly documented, communicated, and approved. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred). 2-5 years of experience in construction scheduling or project controls. Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Cloud (or Primavera P6) required. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, trades, and labor coordination. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Bonus Skills Experience with multi-phase or multi-trade commercial construction projects. Familiarity with cost and resource-loaded scheduling. Experience working with field teams and GCs/subcontractors.
