Program Summary This mission brings together elite engineers, analysts, and data scientists to redefine how the Intelligence Community leverages data and AI. The team is building advanced analytics and machine learning pipelines that extract insight from petabytes of multi-source data-enabling near real-time situational awareness and predictive intelligence. From cloud-scale data orchestration to deploying neural models at the edge, this is a high-impact environment where experimentation drives transformation. Data Scientists on this program are at the forefront of innovation-shaping algorithms, automating intelligence workflows, and creating the analytical frameworks that power tomorrow's national security decisions. Primary Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models for geospatial and intelligence data. Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and feature stores supporting analytics and visualization applications. Perform advanced data analysis, modeling, and predictive analytics to solve mission-critical problems. Collaborate with software engineers, systems architects, and analysts to operationalize models within secure cloud environments. Develop and optimize machine learning workflows using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and containerized environments. Apply modern data engineering practices such as automated ETL, MLOps, and distributed training. Communicate technical findings to mission stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and visual analytics. Lead innovation initiatives focused on algorithm improvement, data quality, and emerging technology integration. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline and 12-15 years of experience, or Master's with 10-13 years. 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied analytics. Expertise in Python, R, or similar languages for data processing and model development. Strong experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn for AI/ML implementation. Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or C2S). Knowledge of distributed data processing systems such as Spark or Hadoop. Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Plotly). U.S. citizenship required. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with GEOINT or intelligence community data sources. AWS Machine Learning Specialty or equivalent certification. Experience deploying containerized models using Docker or Kubernetes. Proficiency in MLOps, including CI/CD for ML pipelines and model monitoring. Understanding of deep learning, NLP, or computer vision applied to mission data. Target Salary Range:
$170,000 - $215,000 The Ennoble First pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
