Industrial Manufacturing Machine Technician
Our client, a manufacturing company with an unstructured environment, is seeking self-managing technicians for their three shifts. The company operates over 300 complex machines, including CNC, Plastic Mold Injection, and surface treatment machines. The client is open to hiring both entry-level talent and experienced veterans who can diagnose electronic and electrical issues, read schematics, and replace components.
Requirements: Ability to diagnose errors and replace components. Experience with contactors, schematics, DMG Moores, and spindle genies is a plus. Ideal candidates have experience with 5-7 axis mills, 304 axis lathes, Plastic Mold Injection machines, or surface treatment. Technicians must understand schematics and use calipers. No experience with pump turning, motors, or refrigerants required. Positions and Pay:
Technician 1 (Entry Level):
$24/hr - $25/hr Technician 2 (Experienced):
$26/hr - $35/hr, with an average salary between $30/hr - $32/hr Entry-level technicians undergo a 3-year learning and onboarding process. Current Needs:
Senior CNC Technicians: $35/hr + Senior Plastic Mold Injection (PMI) Technicians $35/hr + Senior Surface Treatment Technicians with metal preparation experience $35/hr + Benefits:
