Your Key Responsibilities: Oversee and ensure the completion of SIRE inspections for ACBL vessels and barges while assisting with customer inquiries. Act as a champion for continuous improvement by addressing SIRE deficiencies and collaborating with ACBL stakeholders to lower preventable observations. Coordinate with third-party SIRE inspectors to communicate vessel locations and ensure SIRE due dates are met. Support investigative efforts by gathering information from data systems and interacting with various ACBL stakeholders. Assist in updating the Safety Management System. Publish and refresh Tug/Barge Particulars Questionnaires on the OCIMF website. Process vendor invoices and assist with account inquiries. Schedule and facilitate QI training and annual exercises with Oil Spill Removal Organizations (OSRO). Revise and submit Vessel Response Plan edits for approval from the United States Coast Guard. Perform additional duties as assigned. What We Expect From You: High School diploma/GED. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Effective communication skills across various media channels. Proficiency in MS Office software. Compliance with wearing Protective Personal Equipment (PPE) when required. Willingness to travel occasionally. Availability for on-call support 24/7. Valid driver's license and TWIC card. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Maritime Management, Health & Safety, or a related field. 5-8 years of relevant work experience.
