Job DescriptionJob Description Tax Senior Manager (Technology) - Hybrid About Us: Founded 20+ years ago, our firm has a team of experts in talent recruitment, project management, and workforce solutions. Our focus has always been and will continue to be building custom solutions for our clients unique talent needs. We are seeking a Tax Senior Manager (Technology) based out of our Encino, CA office. Someone with industry knowledge within the Technology/Startup and Emerging Growth sector is a big plus. You are expected to be in the office 3x/week.
What You'll Do: This well seasoned individual will work alongside an integrated team of seasoned, well-known CPAs and industry leaders. In this position, you will take a lead role on all aspects of tax engagements, supervise/mentor staff, and build/maintain relationships with clients.

You should know some of the following:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from an accredited institution
CPA, JD, LLM or MST required
Minimum of 8+ years of professional services experience required
Extensive experience with C-Corp Form 1120 tax filing entities and ASC 740 tax provisions
Industry knowledge within the Technology/Startup and Emerging Growth sector a plus
Demonstrated strategic leadership. Defining market opportunities, creating a strategic plan, process and deployment capabilities
Strong verbal communication. Demonstrate clear verbal communication
Strong writing skills. Demonstrate clear written professional communication
