Behavioral Medical Director
to be the leader supporting government programs for 50K+ members across New Mexico. Your Impact: Population health thought and innovation leader working with state government and community leaders (a member of the Executive Leadership Team) Policy development, compliance, and member program development Provider meetings with a goal of improving treatment for patients Utilization management and case management responsibilities
What you bring: MD or DO degree, board certification in Psychiatry Active, unrestricted medical license in New Mexico Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience Currently resides in New Mexico ideally based near Albuquerque Open to 25% travel within the state of NM

Compensation & Benefits The salary range is $258,000-$423,000, which includes base pay and bonus and is influenced by several factors. Eligibility for benefits varies by role and tenure. In addition to salary, we offer a
