The Role - US Account Executive We're expanding into the US, and you're our first sales hire on the ground. This is a rare opportunity to shape our growth in one of the world's biggest legal markets. You'll blend commercial firepower with domain fluency, helping US-based legal, compliance, and marketing teams modernize their workflows with world-class AI.
What you'll own Drive revenue growth:
across the US, with an initial focus on New York and regulated industries such as financial services and insurance. Engage and qualify prospects : connect with legal, compliance, and marketing leaders, earning trust fast. Consult and demo : map AI capabilities to real-world workflows that solve pain points. Build and manage pipeline:
through outreach, referrals, and networking. Develop long-term relationships : be a trusted advisor, not just another vendor. Stay ahead of trends : understand US compliance challenges and the evolving legal-tech landscape. Collaborate cross-functionally:
with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to shape GTM initiatives and share customer insights. Own your territory : run your patch with autonomy, track progress in the CRM, and represent Haast at key events. What you bring

- proven track record of exceeding sales targets, navigating complex B2B sales cycles, and closing high-value enterprise deals. Industry fluency
- you get how compliance actually works in regulated industries and understand how the right tech can ease the load and unlock real business value. Clear communicator
- you can take complex concepts and distill them into sharp, business-relevant messaging. Start-up mindset
- comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable, and excited to help shape new processes in a high-growth environment. Tech-curious
- a genuine interest in AI and its potential to transform how compliance and legal teams work. Nice to have, but not essential
Experience working in or selling to legal, risk, or compliance teams - either from a legal, SaaS, or high-growth B2B background. Exposure to regulated environments or previous experience in corporate law, compliance, or enterprise in-house teams.
