Your Responsibilities:
As a vital member of the Field Services team, the Mid-level Desktop Support Specialist will:
Provide direct desk-side support, troubleshooting, and repairing IT devices for our clients.
Manage customer ticket resolutions in alignment with established Service Level Requirements (SLRs).
Ensure that all customer-related tasks are executed within set timeframes.
Troubleshoot and resolve both local and networked Multi-Function Devices, printers, and various hardware components.
Collaborate with fellow technicians to tackle complex issues effectively.
Qualifications You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate must:
Be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance.
Hold a high school diploma and possess at least 4 years of relevant experience (additional education or certifications may be considered).
Have a valid DoD 8570 IAT Level II: Security+ or higher Certification.
Demonstrate expertise in IT Enterprise Operations.
Showcase exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Physical Requirements:
This position involves:
Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. over distances of 100 feet and lifting 25 lbs. vertically using ladders.
Working in confined spaces such as raised floors or communication closets and in noisy environments like data centers.
Using basic hand tools like screwdrivers and wrenches for rack mounting equipment.
Driving a personal or corporate vehicle to various locations for project troubleshooting (valid state license required).
Pay Rate:
$28 - $32 per hour. Work Location:
