About the Opportunity

A well-established medical spa with over 20 years in business is seeking an

Assistant Practice Manager

to support daily operations and provide leadership to a talented front desk and patient care team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager with a background in

medical spa, dermatology, or aesthetic practices

who values teamwork, professionalism, and patient-centered service.

You'll work closely with the Practice Manager to ensure smooth operations, support staff performance, and help maintain the exceptional patient experience the practice is known for.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and coach front desk staff to deliver excellent patient service

Assist with scheduling, patient flow, and daily operations

Handle patient concerns with professionalism and discretion

Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members

Support retention programs and staff recognition efforts

Maintain office procedures, policies, and documentation

Assist with inventory management, purchasing, and vendor coordination

Ensure compliance with operational and financial procedures Qualifications

2-3 years of management experience in a

medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or dental

setting required

Recruiting and interviewing experience required

Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills

Knowledge of patient scheduling and front office operations

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with

Zenoti

or similar EMR/med spa software preferred

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred Ideal Candidate

Dependable, organized, and professional

Patient-focused with strong leadership presence

Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Able to manage multiple priorities and provide consistent team support Benefits

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
