Job Description
Oversee multiple large-scale projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring profitability, quality, and client satisfaction across all phases. Lead and mentor project teams, providing strategic direction, resource planning, and leadership development for Project Managers and field staff. Act as primary client point of contact, building and maintaining long-term relationships while driving repeat business and partnership opportunities. Collaborate with senior leadership on business development, forecasting, and operational strategy to align project goals with company objectives. Champion company culture and process excellence, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards across all active job sites. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Executive should have:
Brings 10+ years of progressive construction management experience, including leadership over large-scale commercial or institutional projects. Demonstrates a strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships, with a reputation for integrity and delivery excellence. Possesses deep knowledge of project financials, contract negotiation, and operational oversight across multiple concurrent builds. Excels at leading teams through influence, developing Project Managers, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; advanced certifications (LEED AP, PMP) are a plus. What's on Offer
