They are seeking a motivated
Business Development Representative (BDR)
to join the team and drive growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing prospective corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities Prospect & Outreach Identify and research potential corporate clients that require business immigration and global mobility services. Proactively engage prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events to generate new business opportunities.
Pipeline Development Qualify leads and schedule consultations for senior attorneys and business development managers. Maintain accurate records of all outreach and client interactions in the firm's CRM system.
Relationship Building Build and nurture strong relationships with HR, talent acquisition, and mobility leaders at target companies. Represent the firm at industry conferences, networking events, and webinars.
Collaboration Work closely with attorneys, marketing, and client services teams to align outreach with the firm's service offerings and thought leadership. Provide feedback from the market to improve messaging, offerings, and client experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1-3 years of professional experience in business immigration sales, business development, recruiting, or client relations (legal or professional services industry a plus). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex services clearly and confidently. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with outreach and networking. Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
