Job Summary: As a Clinical Practice Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering consulting services that are vital to our organization. You will lead efforts to provide high-quality, cost-effective consulting solutions that align with our strategic initiatives and assist Medical Center leadership in optimizing local programs to achieve our organizational goals. Essential Responsibilities: Lead and provide expert consultation on the design, development, and implementation of programs in your area of expertise, acting as a technical resource for stakeholders. Manage a team of consultants and analysts, guiding them in delivering services and products aligned with our strategic objectives. Establish and uphold standards, procedures, and policies to ensure quality service delivery to our clients. Ensure accurate, timely, and consistent reporting that meets client needs. Basic Qualifications: Experience A minimum of six (6) years of experience in a management or clinical leadership role is required. Education A Bachelor’s degree is required. License, Certification, Registration Not applicable. Additional Requirements: Proven ability to identify key business issues and formulate actionable plans from a multidisciplinary perspective. Subject matter expertise in healthcare operations and care delivery. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively. Competency in conducting and interpreting both quantitative and qualitative information, alongside strong analytical and project management skills. Leadership experience in a consulting capacity. Must demonstrate efficiency, collaboration, transparency, and a results-oriented approach. Understanding of Kaiser Permanente operations, health policy trends, and applicable regulations in the technical area. A current California license or certification in a relevant clinical field such as nursing, pharmacy, psychology, respiratory care, infection control, or MD is required. Ability to thrive in a Labor/Management Partnership environment. Preferred Qualifications: A Master’s degree is preferred.
