LoopRoots Foundation
We’re seeking a visionary Creative Director to help shape the visual and narrative identity of Loop Roots Foundation. This role is perfect for a creative professional or seasoned designer who’s passionate about using storytelling, branding, and design to drive social change.
You’ll lead the creative direction for our digital presence (website, social media, and campaigns) and collaborate with our design volunteers to bring cohesive, emotionally resonant storytelling to life.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee the brand identity and creative vision for Loop Roots Foundation
Collaborate with leadership to translate our mission and programs into compelling visual narratives
Guide UI/UX designers, graphic designers, and content creators in maintaining brand consistency
Lead the creative direction for digital campaigns, fundraising initiatives, and community engagement content
Help refine the Foundation’s visual language in alignment with LoopTroop Inc. brand colors and tone (neon pink, neon orange, neon yellow, white)
Approve final creative deliverables and ensure all designs align with the foundation’s values and accessibility standards
Qualifications
Proven experience in creative direction, branding, graphic design, or visual storytelling
Strong portfolio showcasing creative leadership and design work (nonprofit or social impact work a plus)
Experience managing or mentoring creative teams
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva
Passion for social impact, reentry support, or community-focused initiatives
