Description

The Fabrication Welder role involves MIG welding and fabricating machine frames and components from structural steel, ranging from light gauge sheet metal to heavy gauge tube, flat bar, and I-Beam.

Job Responsibilities

MIG welding and fabrication of machine components

Grinding and finishing completed products

Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints

Performing quality checks on finished components

Installing components into machine structures

Disassembling machines for painting and shipping

Material handling using sit-down forklifts and overhead cranes

Job Requirements

3 to 5 or more years of experience in a MIG Welder and Fabrication

Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints

Experience with saws, shears, drill presses, forklifts, and cranes is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
