Job Title: Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) Department: Clinical Location: Baltimore, Maryland
Reports to: Clinical Director and CEO

Qualifications: • Master's degree in counseling or a related field. • Full licensure through the Maryland Department of Health Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists as an LCPC, meeting all board requirements and able to practice independently. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in diagnostics, care coordination, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, and plan of care development. • Experience with art therapy, evidence-based interventions, and short-term skills development. • Strong crisis intervention skills and ability to work with diverse populations. • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills. • Experience with mental health and substance use disorders, including comprehensive clinical assessments.
Responsibilities: • Provide individual and group therapy, offering psychosocial support and education. • Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, problem-solving, and art therapy. • Conduct client activation, assessment, diagnosis, advocacy, and delivery of counseling services in clinical and telehealth settings. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality, client-centered care. • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in ongoing professional development. • Complete special projects assigned by Clinical Director and/or CEO.
