Sitecore Developer (Vue.js / .NET UI)
Project Context: This role supports the ongoing redesign of a large, enterprise-level website built on Sitecore (on-prem) with a .NET/C# backend and Vue.js 2 for front-end customization. The developer will join an established cross-functional team working on modernization, scalability, and user experience enhancements across a complex digital platform.
Responsibilities: Develop and enhance UI components for Sitecore-based web applications.
Customize Sitecore interfaces using Vue.js 2 to create responsive, maintainable, and scalable front ends.
Collaborate with distributed teams across multiple time zones (offshore development, U.S./EU product management).
Ensure alignment with Sitecore best practices, architecture, and performance standards.
Participate in iterative enhancements and future migration to newer Vue.js versions. Must-Haves:
Hands-on Sitecore development experience (on-prem; not Sitecore Cloud).
Strong proficiency with Vue.js 2 and demonstrated experience building Sitecore UIs using Vue.
Solid understanding of .NET/C# to support backend integration.
In-depth knowledge of Sitecore architecture, templates, and UI frameworks.
Ability to operate independently in a global, fast-moving development environment. Nice-to-Haves:
Experience building customer-facing web applications.
Familiarity with UI/UX principles from a development standpoint.
Knowledge of Docker or containerization concepts (not currently in production use).
Exposure to other modern frameworks such as Angular or React. Team & Environment:
Fully remote; Eastern or Central Time Zone preferred.
Development and QA teams offshore; product and management teams based in the U.S. and Europe.
Highly collaborative, enterprise-scale environment.
Role will join an existing project midstream. Interview Process:
Round 1:
Technical panel focused on Sitecore and Vue.js depth, hands-on experience, and architectural understanding.
Round 2:
Discussion with product and leadership teams to assess communication, collaboration, and overall fit.
