Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Glen Mills, PA

Hours/Schedule: 1st and 3rd shift availability

Type: Direct Hire

Overview:

Responsibilities:

Specialize in electronic/electrical maintenance with working knowledge of other maintenance areas

Follow established procedures and maintenance instructions

Perform and advocate for preventative maintenance

Inspect and maintain plant equipment (e.g., palletizers, fillers, conveyors, labelers, etc.)

Complete work requests, PMs, and work orders; manage parts inventory and ordering

Operate forklift and company vehicle when needed

Read and interpret blueprints and structural/equipment drawings

Repair, maintain, and install electrical systems (e.g., motors, transformers, VFDs, panels)

Ensure Food Safety and Food Quality; report any related issues to authorized personnel

Requirements:

3 years of experience in industrial maintenance and repair

Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems

Skilled in working with electronics, instrumentation, and testing equipment
