Overview

We are looking for an

HR Generalist

to join our team at our Indianapolis, Indiana manufacturing facility, home to the production of Blue Bonnet, Reddi-Wip, and other well-known brands.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting plant operations through impactful HR initiatives-from talent acquisition and employee engagement to labor relations, employee relations, and strategic project management. Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partner: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering daily HR guidance and coaching to drive team performance and resolve employee matters effectively. Employee Relations Champion: Support and implement employee relations strategies, ensuring compliance with EEO, AAP, collective bargaining, and diversity initiatives while fostering a positive workplace culture. Talent Acquisition Ally: Collaborate with staffing teams to manage recruitment pipelines, streamline candidate selection, and anticipate future hiring needs. Cross-Functional Collaborator: Work closely with HR centers of excellence and departments like Payroll, Benefits, Legal, and Finance to deliver seamless HR support. Data-Driven Decision Maker: Design and analyze HR reports to uncover insights, inform strategy, and support sound organizational decisions. Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related degree required Must-Have Skills

3+ years of professional experience in Human Resources in relevant industry Experience with ERISA, EEOC and DOL regulations, employment sourcing, communications, human relations, and management skills Experience with benefits and compensation administration, market pricing, labor law, labor relations, and organizational development
