Senior Accountant - Strategic, Technical, Trusted
You've built a solid foundation-and now you're ready to lead. We're looking for a seasoned Senior Accountant with 10+ years of experience, a strong grasp of technical accounting, and a passion for precision. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to own complex financial processes, mentor junior staff, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
What You'll Lead & Deliver:
• Oversee general ledger activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP • Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including financial statement preparation • Analyze complex transactions and apply technical accounting guidance • Support audits and regulatory reporting with thorough documentation and insight • Collaborate cross-functionally to align accounting practices with business goals • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls • Mentor junior accounting staff and contribute to team development
What You Bring:
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or advanced certification a plus) • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling) • Strong ERP experience - Must Have • Deep understanding of GAAP and technical accounting standards • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively

Pay Details:
$85,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
