Description Assess patients from pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations through standardized testing and observational methods. Create tailored treatment plans that cater to both immediate goals and overarching communication, cognitive, or swallowing requirements. Conduct individual speech therapy sessions emphasizing communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing techniques. Work collaboratively with physical therapists, occupational therapy experts, nurses, doctors, families, and caregivers to develop cohesive care strategies. Guide patients and their families with educational resources to foster progress beyond clinical visits. Involve yourself in occasional inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless care throughout the entire treatment journey. Uphold meticulous and timely documentation in line with state, federal, and organizational health standards. Remain informed of advancements in the field through ongoing education and collaboration with peers. Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified. Certifications

State licensure as a

Speech Language Pathologist . Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire. Skills

Expertise in evidence-based treatment methods for all age groups, with a robust grasp of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Outstanding communication skills, ensuring effective interactions with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams.
