Quality Control Lab Technician I
H.B. Fuller is seeking a Quality Control Lab Technician to support manufacturing by performing accurate testing on raw materials, bulk batches, and finished products. This role ensures timely communication of results and supports investigations of non-conforming materials. The technician plays a key role in maintaining product quality and operational efficiency. Primary Responsibilities Perform chemical, physical, and visual testing using standard procedures Communicate batch adjustments and release decisions to operators Enter test results and usage decisions in SAP Collect and store retain samples as required Create notifications and conduct initial investigations for non-conformances Maintain lab equipment and inventory supplies Prepare documentation and QC labels for materials Participate in safety, quality, and housekeeping meetings Minimum Requirements High school diploma or GED plus an associate degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry and at least 1 year of laboratory experience or a minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience without a degree Ability to read and follow work instructions Effective written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP Preferred Requirements Familiarity with process improvement tools ASQ certification Experience in ISO 9001 facility Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $21.63/hr to $24.04/hr. In addition to your salary, H.B.
