Job Title: Welder – 3rd Shift

Primary Activities/Duties:
Perform MIG welding operations to support the production schedule. Weld base frames and other metal components according to specifications. Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards. Meet or exceed targets for quality, productivity, and efficiency. Collaborate effectively with peers and supervisors to maintain workflow. Participate in weekly Rittal Production System (RPS) meetings. Continuously improve welding skills and overall competencies. Support and drive 6S activities to maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge & Experience:
High school diploma or GED strongly preferred. Minimum of 1 year of welding experience or completion of a certified welding training program. Ability to read and interpret blueprints is strongly preferred. Familiarity with basic welding tools, techniques, and safety procedures. Physical Requirements:
Stand at the weld station throughout the work shift. Walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently during the shift. Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds to waist level; frequently lift 25–40 pounds to waist level and up to 25 pounds above the shoulders. Work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to changing assignments and multitask effectively. Safety Requirements:
