My client is one of the biggest names in St. Louis construction doing roughly $700M in annual revenue. The Senior Project Manager will work directly with the VP of the company's building division on a large-scale, $40M project, and will also help mentor/train junior staff.

Job Description

Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring timely and successful completion. Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to align project goals and expectations. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to maintain cost efficiency and quality standards. Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project milestones effectively. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all job sites. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, addressing any challenges proactively. Maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and long-term partnerships. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes. The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

A proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects, preferably within the $700M range. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams effectively. Excellent knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management tools. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field. What's on Offer
