We're currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive demand with builders, masons, architects, and designers for high-end residential applications across the Northeast US and Canada. What You'll Do

Develop and manage strategic relationships with all customers Retain and grow existing accounts while managing target account margins Negotiate prices within established company guidelines Manage per diem expenses Hire and fire clients as necessary Achieve assigned performance metrics Collaborate with other company employees effectively Deliver proposals/price quotes Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape Support the inside sales coordinator, design center consultants and other team members in order to maintain and improve customer experience levels Populate CRM system with all sales and opportunity activity Develop presentations about available products and services What You'll Need

5+ years of outside sales experience selling value-add construction products and architectural products in a highly competitive sales environment where prospecting is a critical success factor Experience selling to product specifiers (architects and designers), builders, land developers and product installers Completed a reputable sales training program is desirable Consistently ranked in the top half of the sales team 3+ year of experience using a CRM system for activity reporting Experience in following a documented consultative, selling process A 2-years Associates or 4-Year Bachelors college degree is desirable A "hunter" mentality for identifying, qualifying and closing new accounts and sales opportunities
