Real Estate Paralegal
to join the real estate and finance practice group of a respected law firm in
Salt Lake City . As a
Real Estate Paralegal , you will assist attorneys on a wide range of commercial real estate and financing transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and loan closings. You'll coordinate due diligence, prepare closing documents, and act as a liaison between clients, title companies, lenders, and other stakeholders - ensuring that every transaction is executed smoothly and accurately. Key Responsibilities Review
title and survey documents
for commercial real estate sales, leases, and financing transactions. Assist attorneys with
real estate closings , including drafting and organizing closing documents, escrow instructions, and closing binders. Coordinate communication between clients, lenders, brokers, and title companies. Prepare and review
closing statements
and related financial documents. Conduct
due diligence , including lien, judgment, and UCC searches. Assist with
state filings
and the procurement of regulatory documents for real estate and lending transactions. Maintain organized transaction files and support attorneys throughout all stages of the deal. Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of experience
as a real estate paralegal, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department handling commercial real estate and finance. Bachelor's degree preferred. ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate
or equivalent attestation required. Strong understanding of
title, survey, and closing processes
for commercial real estate. Familiarity with financing structures, escrow procedures, and regulatory filings. Excellent attention to detail, organizational ability, and time management. Professional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. Proficiency with
Microsoft Office , Adobe Acrobat, and document management systems. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
$90,000 - $100,000 annually (commensurate with experience). Comprehensive Benefits:
