As a Senior Associate, you will engage in developing predictive models, conducting statistical analyses, and crafting meaningful data visualizations to solve intricate business challenges. You will also have the opportunity to build strong client relationships while mentoring junior team members and enhancing their skills.
In this role, you will:
Develop innovative AI- and data-driven solutions for complex challenges in the Financial Services Risk and Regulatory domain.
Analyze intricate problems and mentor junior team members.
Refine machine learning models and generative AI applications.
Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for project execution.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
To thrive in this dynamic environment, you should:
Have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Possess a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Statistics (preferred).
Have demonstrable proficiency in machine learning and generative AI.
Utilize Python, as well as data processing tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SQL).
Leverage cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Have a thorough understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods.
Be adept in using ML libraries like Sci-KitLearn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
Confidently translate business requirements into functional prototypes and applications using modern frameworks (e.g., Next.js, Material UI, React).
Effectively integrate front-end interfaces with backend APIs, databases, and cloud resources.

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
