Are you a seasoned HR professional who thrives on improving the employee experience from start to finish? We're searching for a Human Resources Generalist to take ownership of a wide range of HR functions and ensure smooth, compliant, and people-focused operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, development, and offboarding.

• Develop and maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal standards.

• Manage HRIS data, maintain accurate employee records, and coordinate regular file audits.

• Administer benefits and compensation programs, including support for open enrollment.

• Partner with leadership on employee relations, performance management, and engagement efforts.

• Track HR metrics and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Here's What Your Work History Needs to Show

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 4-5 years of verifiable HR Generalist or Manager experience with HRIS and payroll systems.

• Proven ability to balance administrative and strategic HR responsibilities.

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance best practices.

• Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.

• Preferred: SHRM or HRCI HR Certification, experience with digital HR transitions, and familiarity with Paychex HRIS.

• Location: Renton, WA (100% Onsite)

• Salary Range: $35 - $40 per hour

• Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire

• Compliance: Must be able to pass a criminal background check and hold a valid Washington State Driver's License.
