A growing, entrepreneurial Atlanta based real estate investment and development firm is seeking a highly motivated professional with strong analytical skills and a desire to gain exposure across all facets of real estate. The Senior Analyst has the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership on acquisitions, development, asset management, and capital markets initiatives across a diverse set of property types.

Job Description

In this exciting Senior Analyst role you will support the acquisitions activities of the firm's senior leaders. Selected responsibilities:

Support the execution of new acquisitions and development strategies, including financial modeling, business plan formulation, market analysis, due diligence, and closing activities. Partner with debt and equity stakeholders through preparation of reports, deal summaries, and draw requests. Contribute to value-add and development projects through scenario analysis, cost tracking, and coordination with project teams. Assist in portfolio management, including quarterly reporting, annual business plans, and strategy analysis based on capital markets trends. Support leasing initiatives through tenant identification, lease analysis, and transaction support. Participate in sales, recapitalization, and refinancing processes. The Successful Applicant

To succeed you will need to have the following background and skills:

BA or BS degree in Finance, Economics or related field. Strong critical thinking skills and a high proficiency in Argus Enterprise and Excel. 2+ years of experience working in an analytical capacity in the area of real estate investment, debt origination, or a related field. High degree of proficiency with Excel, Argus Enterprise. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build and work with complex cash flow models. What's on Offer
