4/10: Employees work 10 hours per day, 4 days a week Job Overview: We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer Specialist to join our growing team in Camden, AR. In this role, you will develop, implement, and analyze engineering plans and projects, effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders. You will define, develop, and transfer manufacturing tools, strategies, and systems while devising innovative manufacturing approaches for specific products and processes. This role requires active participation in engineering project teams to facilitate the release of new products. You will estimate and track manufacturing costs, establish time standards, and offer recommendations for tooling and process requirements for both new and existing product lines. Maintaining records and reporting systems to support manufacturing operations is also a key part of this position. Essential Responsibilities: Demonstrate proficient knowledge of engineering principles and project management. Manage projects or processes with general supervision effectively. Communicate operational processes, practices, and procedures to contacts within and outside your department. Recommend enhancements to systems and processes for improved efficiency. Work towards achieving operational targets for specific programs and projects that positively impact departmental results. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant engineering experience or Graduate Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of related engineering experience is acceptable. 2 years of experience with statistical process control. 1 year of continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing setting.
