Schedule:
Full-time, Sunday–Thursday, 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm

What You'll Do:
Perform routine maintenance including basic carpentry, painting, and plumbing
Read and follow setup instructions for events across campus
Install fixtures like grab bars, towel racks, and address small repairs
Move furniture, patch drywall, spot clean or replace carpet tiles
Conduct preventative maintenance on vehicles weekly
Respond promptly to emergency alerts and service requests
Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
What You'll Need:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (required)
At least 1 year of general building maintenance or janitorial experience ()
Ability to read simple instructions and follow diagrams
Capable of performing tasks independently after receiving instructions
Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in building trades
