OPPORTUNITY

Are you a highly organized professional interested in a career supporting new product development? Here is your opportunity! The Engineering Technician will support Engineering teams through test development, data analysis and competitor benchmarking. You will configure engines, generators and components for testing, record data, troubleshoot and ensure performance meets Rehlko standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Set up and operate test equipment to evaluate product performance. Analyze, interpret, document, and communicate test results. Develop new test set-ups and test procedures. Perform basic preventive maintenance and 5S of test cells, workstation, test equipment. Demonstrate technical competency and participate in the continuous improvement process as it relates to your role. Manage Lab space, tools, components, work area, test cells. Qualifications and Requirements:

• Mechanical and / or electrical aptitude.

• Ability to communicate effectively with peers, Engineering, and other depts.

Ability to provide a strong individual contribution in the context of achieving team goals and deadlines. Willingness to learn and grow with new product development team. Familiar with variety of measurements includes scopes, basic electronics, mechanical systems. Demonstrated ability to work well with limited direction and information. Fabrication experience and use of hand tools helpful.

• Strong attention to details, highly organized, computer literate.

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional lab environment.

The Hourly range for this position is $24.35-$30.45.The specific Hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
