About the Opportunity:
The Head of Inside Sales is responsible for leading and coaching our Business Development Representatives (BDRs), building scalable outbound programs, and driving high-quality pipeline for the sales organization. This role combines people leadership, process optimization, and data-driven execution to accelerate revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BDRs to achieve and exceed pipeline goals. Set clear activity, conversion, and quality standards; provide ongoing feedback and coaching. Personally source and drive pipeline opportunities by setting up demos for Healthcare Software Specialists through strategic prospecting, cold outreach, and hands-on lead generation. Partner with Marketing and Sales to design outbound campaigns, cadences, and messaging. Track KPIs (calls, emails, demos, opportunities) and analyze performance trends. Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize lead routing, SLAs, and qualification criteria. Recruit, onboard, and train new BDRs; foster a culture of learning and accountability. Continuously improve playbooks, prospecting tactics, and enablement materials. Provide regular reporting on pipeline creation, team productivity, and ROI of programs. Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or inside sales; at least 1-2 years in a team-lead or manager role. Proven success meeting pipeline / quota targets in a SaaS or technology environment. Strong understanding of outbound prospecting strategies, tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), and metrics. Excellent coaching, leadership, and communication skills. Data-driven approach; comfortable analyzing dashboards and identifying trends. Collaborative mindset and able to work well cross-functionally. Experience scaling BDR/SDR teams in a high-growth company. What You'll Love:
