Job Description: Join our innovative team as a Lead RF Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and testing cutting-edge transmit/receive (Tx/Rx) RF modules for advanced radar applications. We are looking for a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in RF circuit design, system integration, and performance optimization, who is eager to take projects from concept through to production. Key Responsibilities: Design, simulate, and develop discrete RF Tx/Rx modules for radar systems.

Conduct RF system-level analysis, including link budget calculations and trade-off studies.

Select and integrate key components such as mixers, amplifiers, oscillators, and filters.

Perform schematic capture, PCB layout reviews, and collaborate closely with layout engineers to optimize high-frequency performance.

Engage in laboratory testing, tuning, and validation of RF modules to meet specifications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams comprising firmware, mechanical, and systems engineering for seamless product integration.

Assist in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for any performance anomalies.

Maintain thorough documentation of design decisions, test results, and compliance requirements.

Compensation Range:

$99,100 - $128,800 Skills and Experience: Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or related field.

5-8 years of RF design experience, with an emphasis on radar or similar high-frequency applications (L, S, C, and X band).

Proficiency in RF simulation tools such as Keysight ADS, HFSS, CST, or similar.

Experience with schematic capture and PCBA layout tools like Altium Designer, PADS, Allegro.

Hands-on experience utilizing RF test equipment (VNA, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meters).

Solid understanding of RF/microwave circuit theory, including impedance matching, noise figure, and gain optimization.

Experience in PCB design for RF and microwave circuits.

Familiarity with military or aerospace standards for RF systems is a plus.

Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain/maintain security clearance.

Preferred Skills: Knowledge of phased-array radar architectures.

Understanding of electronics packaging concepts.

Familiarity with thermal and mechanical considerations for high-frequency module packaging.
