Primary Responsibilities: Design and implement advanced radar signal processing algorithms that enhance National Defense capabilities.

Investigate and develop state-of-the-art algorithms for radar noise reduction, detection, and characterization.

Analyze radar data to extract valuable insights and support decision-making.

Create efficient software implementations of radar processing algorithms.

Document research findings and algorithm performance results.

Collaborate and engage with a talented team of scientists and engineers.

Basic Qualifications: BS degree with 5+ years of radar signal processing experience, or a Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree in a scientific field such as applied math, physics, or engineering.

Eligible to obtain a Top-Secret security clearance.

Proven experience in scientific algorithm development and radar data analysis.

Strong analytical and mathematical capabilities.

Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or similar high-level programming languages.

Demonstrated track record of innovative problem solving and delivering technical results.

Excellent documentation skills.

This position requires full-time, on-site work in San Diego, CA.

Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of complex radar phenomenology, detection methods, and characterization techniques.

Experience with programming in C/C++.

Comfortable giving public presentations or customer briefings.
