Our client, an industry-leading manufacturing facility specializing in truck bodies assembly, is seeking a dedicated Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be an integral part of the industrial production department supporting assembly operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Perform welding tasks in a truck bodies assembly manufacturing environment
Ensure quality standards are met during the welding process
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Assist in troubleshooting welding issues and improving processes
What's Needed?
Prior welding experience in an industrial or automotive setting
Ability to operate welding equipment safely and effectively
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Willingness to learn and develop higher skills for increased earning potential
Basic understanding of assembly and mechanical concepts
