Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm) with late call coverage

Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility

Operating Room RN Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room Registered Nurse experience
Active Compact RN License or Kentucky State RN License (required at time of submission)
BLS certification (required)
Ability to pass Basic Math, OR Competency, OR Skills, and CORE exams
Compliance with COVID-19 and Flu vaccine requirements (medical/religious exemptions considered)
One reference from a charge nurse or supervisor required at submission
No licensure hits
Disclosure of previous employment at the facility for rehire eligibility check
Registered Nurse Responsibilities
Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate patient care during surgical procedures in the operating room
Assist with pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals
Participate in late call coverage to support completion of surgical cases
Float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals as needed
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and required nursing competencies
