Marketing Executive
Salary Range: $40,000 $55,000 (based on experience) Employment Type: Full-Time, Salaried Location: Orlando, FL (Vista Lakes, Winter Garden, and Narcoossee Dairy Queen locations) About Us We operate three Dairy Queen Grill & Chill locations in Central Florida. Our mission is to provide fans with excellent food, fast service, and a memorable experience while being an active partner in our local community. We are looking for a Marketing Executive to lead marketing efforts across all three stores. This role will focus on growing traffic, sales, and brand awareness through creative local marketing initiatives and strong community engagement. The role will report directly to the Owner/Operator. Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Plan, create, and post engaging content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). Local School Partnerships: Coordinate and promote Spirit Nights, teacher appreciation events, and fundraising nights. Community Engagement: Build partnerships with sports teams, churches, local businesses, and nonprofits. Seasonal Promotions: Design and execute seasonal campaigns (Miracle Treat Day, Back-to-School specials, holiday offers). Private Events: Plan and manage catering or private events to grow revenue streams. Digital Promotions: Work with Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Google Ads to increase visibility and online orders. Reputation Management: Monitor Google reviews and respond with professionalism; work with the crew to improve guest feedback. Creative Content: Develop flyers, posters, and in-store signage. Reporting: Track ROI on campaigns, promotions, and events; provide monthly marketing updates to ownership. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred, not required). 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, retail, or food service. Strong understanding of social media trends (TikTok, Reels, etc.). Excellent communication and organization skills. Ability to work independently across multiple locations. Familiarity with basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus. Compensation & Benefits
