Job Summary
The position of
Accessory Installer
will be responsible for installation of custom graphics, removing factory installed components and/or installing new components. This may require the use of hand tools, power tools, measuring devices and/or torque wrenches on customer vehicles. Installations must be done according to the customer requirements and written work instructions.
Key Responsibilities
Process Safely install accessory components on customer vehicles: this may include custom graphics, splash guards, cross bars, remote starts, de/re content, bumpers, and other customer required upfits. Ensure KPCs (key product characteristics) are done on bolts to verify proper torque per customer requirements. Ensure that work is being carried out per written work instructions and dimensional technical specifications (DTS) are met per the customer's standards. Refer to weekly installation schedule to determine daily build requirements. Trucks are to be built on a First In-First Out (FIFO) basis unless otherwise stipulated by the leadership team. Quality
Ensure that all non-conforming material is tagged as per applicable procedures. Ensure that all product installed on vehicle undergoes a final inspection prior to shipping and is documented on a Final Inspection Check sheet. Health and Safety
Perform work in a safe manner per the Company health, safety and environmental Policies and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Alert immediate supervisor of any problems or concerns relating to health, safety or environmental. Other

Education
Minimum Required: A minimum of Grade 12 education or equivalent Preferred: Associates Degree or technical certification Experience
Minimum Required: 6 months to 1 year of accessory installation Preferred:1 year to 3 years of accessory installation Ability to think independently Ability to perform installations using fine motor skills and dexterity Patients Developed skill of graphic installation Working Conditions
The following working conditions are present or expected on a daily basis: Manufacturing environment with limited managerial assignments. Limited exposure to weather elements, chemical, robotics, industrial and automotive vehicles including electrical components. Ability to lift up to 50lbs with limited accommodations and flexible working positions. Must comply with all Company policies, procedures and work instructions. Personal Protective Equipment must be worn at all times while on the production floor.
