In this critical position, you will spearhead the enhancement of our nationwide service delivery efforts, playing a vital role in shaping an integrated vision that improves customer experiences across our clinical workflow solutions and pharmacy automation sectors. As the ideal candidate, you will lead and develop high-performing service teams, fostering a culture focused on customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include driving continual improvements in service quality, responsiveness, and consistency while tailoring service models to meet the unique needs of various customer segments. You will also manage the service P&L, formulate commercial strategies, and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to boost revenue and margin growth. We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a similar field; an MBA is preferred. You should have at least 7 years of progressive leadership experience managing service teams in healthcare or related industries. A proven record in service delivery management, P&L ownership, and driving revenue growth is essential. Strong skills in process optimization, operational scaling, and vendor negotiation are crucial, alongside a passion for building customer loyalty and achieving measurable improvements in service quality.
