Location: Goldsboro, NC
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Shift Type: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No weekends or on-call)
Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologists and Speech Language Pathologist Assistants to join our outpatient team. You will provide high-quality speech therapy services to children, collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to support communication and developmental goals. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and assist with diagnosing speech and language disorders (SLP) Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (SLP) Assist licensed SLPs in delivering direct therapy services (SLPA) Provide individual and group therapy sessions Document client progress and maintain therapy materials Collaborate with families, educators, and therapists to ensure comprehensive care Participate in team meetings and professional development Supervise SLP Assistants (SLP role) and support ongoing coaching (SLPA role) Qualification, Experience and Licensure:
SLP: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid NC SLP license required SLPA: Valid NC SLPA license required Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Experience with pediatric populations preferred but new graduates accepted Professionalism, adaptability, and teamwork essential Benefits:
