Schedule: 40 hr. work week M-F, 6:45 am - 3:15 pm Overtime available Starting Pay Range:
$18 - $21 per hour. Entry level position with opportunities for advancement. Position:
Metlfab is seeking an experience person who can deburr, sand and grind precision parts. Mostly aluminum products with occasional steel or brass. The ability to read blueprints and use basic hand measuring tools is a plus. Person may be graining parts with a Time Saver machine, grinding parts after welding, jitterbug sanding prior to final finish or hand deburring of precision machined parts.
Responsibilities:
Process parts thru a TimerSaver sander. Sand/Grind parts to achieve the proper finish. Deburring sheet metal and machined parts. Dimensionally inspect your own parts and others parts using various hand measuring tools. Qualifications:
Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings. Experience using calipers and basic hand tools. Must be able to stand for long lengths of time. Must have good steady hand dexterity for manipulating small detailed parts. Strong mechanical aptitude would be a great benefit. Must be able to work with others in a team setting. Must be able to read and fluently speak English. Must have reliable transportation. Benefits:
