Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Engineer with deep expertise in datacenter infrastructure and cloud platforms. This role focuses on Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud (GCP) environments, supporting clients with infrastructure design, migrations, and day-to-day operational support. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud-native environments, providing technical leadership and hands-on implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and support Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP solutions across compute, storage, and networking layers. Lead datacenter modernization and cloud migration projects, including lift-and-shift, hybrid, and re-architecture efforts. Configure and maintain Hyper-V clusters, storage systems (SAN, iSCSI, SMB, NFS), and networking (VLANs, firewalls, VPNs). Implement infrastructure-as-code practices using tools such as PowerShell, Terraform, or CloudFormation. Build and maintain secure hybrid environments integrating Active Directory, Azure AD, IAM, and SSO solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance or connectivity issues across multi-cloud and on-prem environments. Document architecture diagrams, deployment procedures, and operational best practices. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable, cost-efficient, and resilient solutions. Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of professional IT experience in infrastructure engineering or consulting roles. Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, Intune, Azure). Proven experience managing workloads in AWS (EC2, S3, VPC, RDS) and/or GCP (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, VPC, IAM). Deep understanding of virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware) and datacenter networking concepts (routing, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls). Knowledge of identity and access management, conditional access, and multi-factor authentication across cloud platforms. Solid troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to diagnosing infrastructure and performance issues. Excellent communication and client-facing consulting abilities. Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as Microsoft AZ-104 / AZ-305, AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, or Google Cloud Engineer. Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash). Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, Stackdriver, PRTG). Prior MSP or consulting firm experience managing multiple client environments. Exposure to compliance frameworks such as NIST, CMMC, or ISO 27001. Why Join Us
