Job Summary
The
Restaurant General Manager
oversees all aspects of daily operations, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and profitably. This includes maintaining high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness, while leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and passionate about hospitality.
Key Responsibilities Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction. Recruit, train, and retain top-quality team members. Drive sales and profitability while controlling costs and managing labor. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards. Maintain a strong presence on the floor to lead by example and support team success. Monitor P&L performance, set goals, and develop strategies to achieve business objectives. Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that promotes respect, accountability, and growth. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years
of restaurant management experience in a
high-volume quick service or casual dining concept . Proven ability to
develop, mentor, and motivate teams . Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets, labor, and inventory. Demonstrates
integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to guest satisfaction . Open availability
