Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
About the Role We are hiring a licensed LMFT, LPC, or LCSW to deliver virtual therapy services across Texas. This remote role offers the opportunity to support individuals and groups through personalized, evidence-based care-all from a secure home-based environment.
Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups Create and revise personalized treatment plans Apply evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care Perform thorough client assessments Collaborate with healthcare providers as needed Maintain accurate and HIPAA-compliant documentation Requirements
Active LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in the state of Texas Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (telehealth experience preferred) Ability to work independently in a remote setting Strong communication and documentation skills Benefits
