Responsibilities:
Lead month-end and year-end close activities for manufacturing operations Prepare financial statements, account reconciliations, and variance analysis Analyze inventory, cost of goods sold, and standard cost variances Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting initiatives Partner with operations and plant management to drive process improvements Assist with internal and external audits Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3-6 years of experience in accounting, ideally in manufacturing Strong understanding of inventory and cost accounting principles Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Epicor, Oracle) and Excel
