We are looking for an individual with experience in industrial work, including but not limited to:
Welding - Weld components together using different welding techniques such as stick, MIG & TIG
Metal Fabrication - must be familiar with layout and drawings, stainless, mild steel, and aluminum
Pipe Fitting - Mechanical and weld connections, air, process piping, steam & condensate, and sanitary piping
Details:
Full-Time; Weekdays (7:00am – 3:30pm) with some overtime, as needed
Pay: depending on skills and experience but is expected to be between $24 - $26
You must be able to pass a weld test of MIG, TIG & SMAW
Expected Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
• Install and repair various equipment and components
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and assembly of metal components
• Perform work in a variety of environments (i.e., heights, temperatures, confined spaces)
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal pieces using various tools and equipment
• Weld components together using different welding techniques such as stick welding
• Operate power tools and hand tools to fabricate and modify metal parts
• Use press brake machines to bend sheet metal into desired shapes
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Availability to work overtime, as needed
• Perform other tasks, as needed
Qualifications:
• Must be able to carry a minimum of 50 lbs
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Ability to work with sheet metal and perform welding tasks
• Mechanical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with rigging, pipe threading, and ductwork
