Quality Control Inspectors

in Long Beach, CA

As a Quality Control Inspector, you will: Perform inspections at various stages of manufacturing, including First Article (FAI), Incoming (IQC), In-Process (IPQC), and Final (FQC). Accurately complete inspection reports in accordance with cGMP and QMS standards. Use calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools for precise measurement. Review product documentation and prepare nonconformance reports. Interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with safety protocols. You'll be successful in this role if you have:

High school diploma or GED (required). Able to lift 50 lbs 2-3 years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing (medical device preferred). Strong blueprint reading and documentation skills. Experience using conventional measurement tools. Basic understanding of ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Shifts:

6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay:

$20.00-$23.00/hr *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
