NFI Massachusetts, Inc., a private non-profit human service organization, is seeking two (2) Master’s level candidates to serve in the role of

In-Home Therapist . The In-Home Therapist provides home-based therapy, community-based outreach, comprehensive assessment, case coordination, and crisis intervention services to youth and families living in the Greater Merrimack Valley and the North Shore/Greater Lynn areas.

Foundations for Families (FFF) provides intensive, therapeutic programming to children, youth, and families. Services are designed to support youth and caregivers in effectively managing emotional, behavioral, mental health, and family dynamics challenges, striving to keep families intact and helping them to live safely and successfully in their homes and communities. FFF is staffed by a highly qualified team of professionals dedicated to providing evidence-based clinical services, including Attachment, Regulation & Competency and High-Fidelity Wraparound. Together we aim to empower all individuals served through identifying and strengthening skills, providing education & coaching, fostering independence, and improving family connections by building strong foundations.

FFF is funded by the Department of Children and Families (DCF), the Department of Mental Health (DMH), and the Community Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI).

Job Responsibilities

Carry a caseload of 6-10 families, depending on family need/service intensity. Deliver evidence-based models- Attachment, Self-Regulation and Competency (ARC), High Fidelity Wraparound, and Trauma Informed Treatment models. Actively support the family system in creating measurable and achievable treatment goals. Provide individual and family therapy to improve functioning in identified treatment need areas. Write assessments, treatment plans & summaries, progress notes, discharge summaries, and specific evidence-based paperwork (as required). Attend conferences, planning meetings, and/or other relevant clinical meetings, as assigned. Participate in the program on-call system, providing support to individuals/families served. Completes other related duties as assigned and in alignment with the agency's policies and procedures. Job Qualifications

Completed Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy and/or related field. Candidate must be license-eligible; however, LMHC, LMFT or LICSW preferred. Previous experience with program population preferred. Travel is required. Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle is a must. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills required. Salary:

$70,000-$75,000

*Supervision hours for licensure provided*
