Construction Business Developer
Role Overview
Develop and manage commercial construction projects from initial concept to contract award. Build strong client relationships, generate leads, and represent the company in the community. Guide internal teams to ensure project budgets and client needs are met, and act as the main point of contact through preconstruction.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through networking, industry events, and outreach.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, architects, and brokers.
Lead project discovery meetings to assess client goals, budgets, and schedules.
Coordinate with design, estimating, and construction teams on project planning.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
Stay informed about market trends and competitors.
