Job Description
• Strong in Technical Integrations –
Core Connector (CCB, CCW), EIB, Workday Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, and BIRT Reporting
• Hands-on experience designing and building
complex inbound/outbound integrations
across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting modules
• Strong knowledge of
Workday Extend
framework, REST APIs, Workday Prism, and custom object design concepts
• Expertise in
Workday Reporting
– Advanced, Composite, Matrix, and Custom Reports for integration source data and analytics
• Experience managing and supporting
post-merger (M &A)
Workday integrations and data conversions
• Deep understanding of
Workday Security
, Integration System User (ISU) configuration, and domain/policy management
• Strong debugging and issue-resolution skills; able to trace and resolve integration errors in production
• Ability to design
end-to-end integration architecture
, define mapping logic, and implement scalable data models
• Collaborates with cross-functional HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT stakeholders to align integrations with business processes
• Strong exposure to
Workday Web Services
, REST APIs, and 3rd-party system integration patterns (SFTP, middleware, APIs)
• Familiarity with
Workday Launch Parameters, scheduling, and error handling
best practices
• Demonstrates strong client management skills, able to interact with both technical and business teams effectively
• Experience in
Workday project management
and end-to-end implementation or enhancement delivery
• Prior experience integrating Workday with vendors like
ADP, Benefit Providers, Greenhouse, GoodTime, or ServiceNow
is preferred
• Exposure to
Change Management, Testing (UT/SIT/UAT)
